Revolut Ltd is seeking a Credit Product Manager to lead the growth of credit features across our global platform. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, shaping experiences that build trust and engagement across regions.

You will drive funnel improvements, manage risk, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable credit solutions that delight customers while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Solid design experience building retail credit products and/or features.
• Strong understanding of the full credit lifecycle and its impact on experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and customer behaviour.
• Experience analysing data and real-world use cases.
• Understanding of risk management principles and governance.
• Programming or data analysis skills.
• Experience with user research and prioritising features by customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for new credit products and how they align with company goals.
• Build credit products with world-class customer experiences in mind.
• Define and prioritise short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Ensure high UX engagement to deliver great experiences.
• Create a high-conversion funnel and reduce CAC.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction in retail credit.
• Establish reliable third-party partnerships and compliance.
