Xeinadin is seeking a Credit Controller to support the Southeast hub in Sittingbourne. The role involves managing receivables, processing bank transactions, and resolving client queries while maintaining accurate ledgers.

You will interact with senior stakeholders and work within a hybrid setup, contributing to robust financial controls and timely collections.

Mansioni

• Work across a high volume of client accounts to improve accuracy in the debtor’s ledger and collections.
• Allocate bank receipt transactions against client invoices in our accounting systems.
• Manage client queries and disputes, updating the receivables ledger and notes of actions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve disputes.
• Manage and process legal cases in the platform provided by our third‑party supplier.

Description

The Credit Controller is responsible for supporting the UK credit control team, more specifically, the Southeast hub, in managing credit control, ensuring processing of relevant bank transactions, responding to and resolving client queries and the timely collection of outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across a high volume of client accounts to improve accuracy in the debtor’s ledger and collections.
• Allocate bank receipt transactions against client invoices in our accounting systems.
• Manage client queries and disputes, updating the receivables ledger for errors in allocations and maintaining appropriate notes on actions taken and conversations held.
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve disputes.
• Manage and process legal cases in the platform provided by our third-party supplier.
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensuring adherence to financial controls.
