Job summary

Aggreko plc in Lomondgate depot is seeking a Credit Controller to help protect financial performance by managing customer accounts, reducing overdue debt, and building strong customer relationships through proactive collections and negotiation.

You will contact customers to secure payments, review aged debt, investigate disputes, and work with internal teams to meet cash collection targets across our depot network.

Qualifications

• Experienced in credit control, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Confident communicator with negotiation skills to influence payments.
• Resilient and results-driven with strong organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of balances.
• Contact customers by phone and email to secure payments and resolve issues.
• Review aged debt reports, identify risks, and prioritise high-value accounts.
• Investigate disputes and billing queries while keeping accurate records.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support cash collection targets.
