Working within a manufacturing firm's accounts department, duties include producing AR statements and recharge invoices at each month's start. The postholder shares responsibility for the accounts receivable inbox, handles credit card payments by phone, chases prepayments for events, updates the events team on outstanding balances, uploads invoices to portals, and performs credit checks. Candidates need at least two years' credit control experience and a background in finance.

As part of your varied and busy role, you will be doing AR Statements and Recharge invoices at the start of the month. Daily tasks will include, debt chasing across all companies, doing new customer account checks, doing new project requests checks, joint responsibility for the accounts receivable inbox, credit card payments by phone, chasing for prepayment of events, updating events team on any outstanding payments, invoicing uploads to portals and credit checks.
