Responsibilities

• Prepare AR statements and recharge invoices at the start of the month.
• Chase debts across all companies and perform new customer checks.
• Manage the accounts receivable inbox and process credit card payments by phone.
• Request prepayments for events and update events team on outstanding payments.
• Upload invoices to portals and perform credit checks.
