Job summary

Workforce Staffing is recruiting for a Credit Controller in West Bromwich to join a small but productive team. The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and sits within a busy accounts receivable function.

The successful candidate will manage a section of the ledger, ensure policy compliance, and help maximise cash flow. Experience in a busy credit control department and knowledge of Autoline Kerridge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy credit control environment.
• Strong spreadsheet and data handling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to ensure credit terms are within limits and discuss modifications with the Credit Control Manager.
• Generate and send statements to customers.
• Create spreadsheets as required by customers.
