Lucy Walker Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading client. You will own a portfolio of accounts, actively pursuing payments, resolving queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support healthy cash flow.

The role requires 3+ years in credit control, excellent telephone manner, and proficiency with Excel and finance systems such as IBCOS. Office-based in Topcliffe with driving required.

Formación

• 3+ years in credit control or cash collection, ideally in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with finance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Open and manage a portfolio of customer accounts and oversee day-to-day administration.
• Proactively contact customers to secure payment and reduce aged debt.
• Escalate complex accounts to Credit Control Manager as needed.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes including payment tracking and reconciliations.
