Ayvens is seeking a Credit Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Bristol Head Office in Emersons Green. You will focus on collecting overdue balances, supporting vulnerable customers, and resolving payment queries to minimise losses.

Ideal candidates have experience in credit control or collections, strong communication and time-management skills, and a proactive, process-driven approach to meet daily KPIs. This role offers benefits and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience managing customers in financial difficulty or collections.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure on daily KPIs.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word).

Responsabilidades

• Chasing and collecting overdue payments via phone, letter and email.
• Resolve invoice queries with internal teams and external customers.
• Support vulnerable customers and communicate available options.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Build relationships across levels and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with outsourced partners on payments and recoveries.
• Maintain CPD to stay updated with changes.
