Ayvens is recruiting a Credit Controller on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Bristol Head Office in Emersons Green. You will chase overdue payments, work with customers in financial difficulty and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries, ensuring timely payments while maintaining excellent service.

Key focus on compliance, proactive collections, and delivering good outcomes. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in debt collection/credit control or working with customers in financial difficulty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to work to daily KPIs.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Chase overdue payments via telephone, letter and email.
• Handle queries on invoices with customers and internal departments.
• Support vulnerable customers and present available options.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with outsource and supplier partners on overdue payments and vehicle recovery as needed.
• Maintain CPD to stay up-to-date with changes.
