Unite Students in Bristol Head Office is seeking two Credit Controllers on 12-month fixed-term contracts to reduce rent arrears, support income performance and deliver a great experience for residents and guarantors. You'll work across Property, Finance and Central Operations, own cases, resolve balances and build strong relationships from day one.

This on-site role runs 8:00am–8:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a supportive team and clear development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in credit control and arrears management.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and systems (Salesforce/SharePoint/Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Handle payments and arrears; resolve balances and complaints.
• Engage with residents and guarantors via phone, email, and webchat.
• Maintain accurate case notes and systems.
• Escalate complex cases and support early intervention to prevent non-payment.
• Collaborate with Property, Finance and Central Operations to hit targets.
• Follow policies and contribute to a great resident experience.
