Acorn Stairlifts UK in Steeton, West Yorkshire, is recruiting a Credit Controller to join our Finance department. You will ensure timely collection of outstanding customer debt and support a well-established, supportive working environment with comprehensive training and a wide range of employee benefits.

This permanent role offers a starting salary of £27,000+ (subject to experience), standard hours Monday to Friday, and benefits including healthcare, a pension, free on-site parking, subsidised

Responsibilities

• Chasing of outstanding invoices from both Retail & Dealer Customers across a number of global entities
• Handling customer queries and liaising with other departments where necessary to resolve issues
• Processing of Direct Debits for end users
• Posting payments from customers
• Manage credit limit reviews for Dealer customers
• Releasing of orders in line with cut offs
• Reviewing ledgers and explaining outstanding balances
• General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
• Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
• Any additional tasks as requested by Management
• Work in other functions in Finance as required to cover holidays & sickness
• Must be able to display the Acorn Values

We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance department at Acorn Stairlifts in Steeton, West Yorkshire. This role is responsible for ensuring that any outstanding customer debt is collected in a timely and professional manner.

Contract: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.00 (Fridays 8.00 - 16.00)

Starting Salary: £27,000+ (subject to experience)
