Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts UK in Shipley is seeking a Despatch Operative to join our Factory Team. You will handle stock, prepare for installer visits, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with two shifts: 7am–3:30pm or 1:30pm–10:00pm, and flexibility to meet requirements. We offer induction, healthcare and pension schemes, free on-site parking, cycle-to-work, and a refer-a-friend bonus up to £100.

Responsibilities

• Picking stock, completing documentation and scanning items to prepare for installer visits
• Quality checking work
• Bagging and generating serial numbers on our internal system
• Check stock has returned with correct labels and SRID on goods
• Identify returns that can be used for Approved Used Units and liaise with relevant departments on this when required
• Assist with returns through Goods In & UK Trailer
• Ensure all RMA's/Quarantine are sent to correct departments and paperwork completed correctly
• Any other relevant duties as required
