A leading company in property management is seeking a self-motivated Credit Controller to manage tenant accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience in credit control and the ability to work under pressure. This role requires a high level of professionalism and teamwork, ensuring strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The individual who carries out the role of Credit Controller will be self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills. They will have the ability to work under pressure and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes. Previous Credit Control experience (preferably Property) is required, and the individual should have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as unsupervised. The Credit Controller will be experienced in managing high volumes of transactions and call KPIs, with a good knowledge of spreadsheets; being a competent user of Microsoft Excel. The role involves working within a client-focused team. The individual will have the responsibility to manage their own portfolio with a high volume of calls daily and deal with UAC queries to improve collection KPIs. Liaising with a large number of internal clients and external tenants is a daily requirement, so a high level of professionalism must be maintained at all times.

The Credit Control team consists of twenty-five credit controllers managing a portfolio of tenant accounts, supported by five team leaders and the credit control manager. The team works within a fast-paced environment, ensuring strong collaborative relationships with colleagues to exceed client expectations and company KPIs.
