We work with a diverse roster of artists, delivering world-class experiences across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Credit Control / Finance Assistant to join our team and support our financial operations.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Credit Control / Finance Assistant to join our finance team, with a starting salary from £26,000 depending on experience. If you’ve got a couple of years’ experience in finance or a similar role and are ready to take the next step, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the exciting world of travel, music, and entertainment. You’ll play a key role in keeping accounts on track, ensuring payments are received on time, and supporting the smooth running of financial processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices to clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contract terms
• Proactively contacting clients via phone and email to ensure timely payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take proactive steps to reduce outstanding debts
• Prepare reports on outstanding debts and provide recommendations for improving cash flow management
• Working with sales and accounts teams to resolve disputes and improve credit control processes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Charging client credit cards and reconciling client accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and industry regulations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy in costing sheets, credit card reconciliations and service file management
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including handling queries and preparing financial documents

Requirements

• A qualification, or studying towards a qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a highly organised approach
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (experience with accounting/financial systems is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
• Passion for music and live events is a bonus!
