Job Description
Support the Accounts Receivable team to ensure efficient collection of AR for the branch. Play an active role in suggesting process improvements to streamline procedures and eliminate unnecessary work within the department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations / Finance:

• Reduce AR over terms for the branch
• Reduce customer credit balances
• Process credit applications, reviews, and limits
• Monitor exceptions reports timely
• Complete weekly AR reports
• Support AR team during holidays
• Assist with projects alongside the Branch Accounting Supervisor/Manager
• Complete mandatory Expeditors training

Systems:

• Assist with legal compliance changes in procedures and policies
• Proactively suggest process improvements
