Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un département de recouvrement.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et surveiller les comptes clients pour assurer le recouvrement des factures.
• Réconcilier les comptes clients et résoudre les litiges de facturation.
• Préparer des rapports d aging réguliers et assister aux processus de clôture de fin de mois.

The Role

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week on site

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Credit Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of customer invoices, maintaining financial records and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable function.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure the timely collection of customer invoices
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare regular aging reports and assist with month-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve collection queries
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the accounts receivable process

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collections department
• Self-motivates and directed
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficiency with accounting software (ideally MSD Finance and Operations) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
