This Credit Controller role is a critical position within a robust accounting and finance team, focusing on managing customer accounts and ensuring prompt payment within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Our client is an esteemed organisation within the industrial industry sector. As a large-sized organisation, it has a significant market presence across the UK.

Description

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  • Perform credit checks on new customers and monitor existing customer accounts for changes in credit risk.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve any customer disputes or queries.
  • Prepare monthly reports on account statuses for senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • Continually strive for process improvement in all aspects of the role.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
