Job summary

The One Group are exclusivey partnering with an established business based in Ely, who are looking to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am–5:00pm.

This on-site role requires you to work on-site everyday and will involve issuing invoices, analysing credit data and payment history, following up on balances, and reporting credit risk to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a credit control focussed role.
• Ability to work on-site Monday - Friday
• Good Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Analyse financial data, credit reports, and payment histories to make informed credit decisions.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring the prompt resolution of payment issues.
• Provide timely updates on credit-related issues to management.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of customer accounts, collections, and credit risk.
