Responsibilities

• Contact business customers when payment is overdue.
• Negotiate repayment plans if customers are in financial difficulties.
• Set up and maintain customer files (HO).
• Process payments.
• Start legal proceedings if debts are not paid within the agreed time (HO).
• Liaise with internal businesses.
• Produce and send collection letters (HO).
• Assist in notifying new business acquisition customers of changes in ownership (HO).
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Produce customer statements.

The continued growth of the group is as such that there is now a need to increase the central team of 14 staff.The accounting system is an industry specific package called MAM. This is a windows system and is intuitive for users familiar with any other windows based accounting package.
