Ingram Micro UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Finance team on a hybrid basis. You will manage customer accounts, drive timely debt collection, and support cash flow across a portfolio of key customers.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in Credit Control. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Credit Risk to resolve queries and minimise risk, with clear career development opportunities in a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control role is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial information.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Manage the timely collection of customer debt across a portfolio of key accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive payment performance.
• Review held orders and support order release to minimise risk.
• Investigate and resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.
• Work with Sales, Finance and Credit Risk to manage complex accounts.
• Produce debtor reporting, cash forecasts and other working capital reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working.
