• Annual Salary of c £32,000, PLUS an Annual Bonus of 10%
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days at home – after probation
• 25 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays

THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER:

Will report to the Credit Control Manager and will provide day-to-day support in overseeing a team of Credit Controllers – this will include:

• Assisting with training
• Assisting with planning of workload – helping with escalated Credit Control issues
• Performance Reporting

You will then work as part of the team across:

• Daily Banking and Reconciliations
• Query Management and Resolution across the Suspense Account
• Key Client Credit Control via Telephone and Email
• Agreeing Client Plans to recover the Debt
