Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections/credit control.
• 2+ years in a team leader or management role.
• Calm, clear telephone manner and strong listening skills.
• IT literacy with CRM systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and performance of multiple auto diallers.
• Lead, coach and develop the Credit Control team to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met monthly.
• Oversee end-to-end credit control, ensuring timely payments by phone, email and text.
• Develop and implement high-volume B2C credit control policies and automated systems.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure compliance with consumer debt regulations.
• Collaborate with third-party collectors and report performance insights.
• Attend management meetings and provide operational updates.
