Clyde & Co in Scotland is seeking a Credit Control Manager to lead the Collections function within our Working Capital team and oversee key Order to Cash processes. You will manage invoices, drive timely collections, coach a team of credit professionals, and partner with Partners, fee earners, clients and finance colleagues.

This role suits an established people leader with strong operational expertise and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Credit Control or Collections team in a professional services environment.
• Strong people management experience with larger teams.
• Knowledge of billing, collections and working capital processes.
• Experience with 3E/Elite Enterprise or similar practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the Collections team to meet targets.
• Manage team performance, coaching and development plans.
• Ensure resource planning and leave management across the team.
