Job summary

PHMG is seeking a Credit Control Executive at Old Trafford, Manchester, with night shift hours (9.30pm–6.30am, 4 nights a week). The role focuses on managing an Australian client portfolio, driving timely collections and resolving payment issues to keep accounts healthy.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, monitor outstanding invoices, direct debits, and card payments, and strive to achieve KPIs while delivering a professional client experience.

Qualifications

• Confident, commercially minded and motivated by results.
• Effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to contribute to KPI achievement and client satisfaction.
• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to our Australian client base.
• Liaise with clients regarding outstanding invoices and queries.
• Manage defaulted direct debits and credit card payments.
• Strive to achieve optimal outcomes while meeting KPIs.
