Responsibilities

• Providing a first-class experience to our Australian client base.
• Liaising with clients in relation to outstanding invoices/queries.
• Managing any defaulted direct debit/credit card payments.
• Getting the best possible result from your client base, whilst aiming to excel against KPIs.
