We are looking to hire a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
After an initial period of training (Approx 3 months), we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home).
This role will be overseeing the credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with Property Managers and Administrator to maintain a high level of performance, both at a personal and a team level. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information entered onto the database to enable more useful and meaningful feedback to clients, customers and related departments

Credit Control experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
