Job summary

Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships & Social Commerce to lead two women’s health brands. You will own creator strategy, scale seeding and affiliate programs, and build scalable processes with an emphasis on quality content, compliance, and strong partnerships.

You will oversee a two-person associate team, refine briefs, run tests, and drive performance across organic and paid channels, with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator affiliate marketing.
• Proven ownership of at least one creator program with commercial accountability.
• Experience running a TikTok Shop or similar affiliate program with GMV/revenue responsibility.
• DTC or health/wellness/e-commerce experience in regulated categories.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Experience managing external agencies/vendors and setting scope.
• Experience structuring flat-fee and/or performance-based partnerships.
• Strong data skills; ability to use campaign data to drive decisions.
• Experience building AI or automation workflows to increase throughput.

Responsibilities

• Own the Creator Strategy for two women's health brands across dual motions: seeding program and TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Lead and develop the Creator Marketing Team; oversee day-to-day outreach, follow-ups, and workflows.
• Build a scalable creator acquisition pipeline via direct outreach, the TikTok Shop marketplace, and a creator network.
• Own TikTok Shop affiliate program setup: commissions, logistics, and GMV performance.
• Oversee partnerships from outreach through delivery, content production, payment and review.
• Ensure clear briefs, timelines and feedback; maintain strong creator relationships.
• Translate creator content into paid media and growth assets across channels.
• Measure performance: GMV, content throughput, and ROI; manage defined creator budget.
• Develop structured workflows, automation and documentation to improve throughput.
