You will run high-velocity experiments, leverage analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and SQL to measure impact, and collaborate with ranking teams to improve discovery and engagement. Growth experience in consumer social/UGC apps is required, with relocation to London.

Qualifications

• Growth experience in a consumer social/UGC app
• Experience joining growth-stage company before 10M MAU
• Hands-on with product analytics tools and SQL
• Hands-on with experimentation platforms
• Proven track record shipping creator-side loops with measurable impact
• Background in product growth, not pure marketing or data engineering
• Willing to relocate to London for full-time in-office work by October 2026
• Not from a consultant or agency background

Responsibilities

• Own creator-side growth loops and viral loops with measurable impact on k-factor
• Identify and fix leaks in creator funnels through experiments with clear decision rules
• Run high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation to drive creator activation and retention
• Work with product analytics tools and SQL to analyze user behavior and measure experiment impact
• Use experimentation platforms to ship and measure growth experiments
• Collaborate with recommendation or ranking teams to improve discovery and engagement
• Build products for a teen-skewing demographic in a consumer social or UGC context
