Xcede Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a high growth consumer social business in London to recruit a Growth Engineer/Research Scientist (Growth). The role bridges growth marketing with AI, ML and data science to drive acquisition, creative performance and lifetime value.

You will apply data-driven methods, experiments and analytics to optimize campaigns and measurement, with equity on offer and a hybrid London-based presence (3 days in the office). No visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Experience working in marketing or growth, across paid acquisition or experimentation.
• Strong analytical, ML or quantitative capability.
• Applied maths or data-driven approach to growth and measurement.
