Xcede Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a high growth consumer social business in London to recruit a Growth Engineer/Research Scientist (Growth). The role bridges growth marketing with AI, ML and data science to drive acquisition, creative performance and lifetime value.

You will apply data-driven methods, experiments and analytics to optimize campaigns and measurement, with equity on offer and a hybrid London-based presence (3 days in the office). No visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

Growth Engineer/Research Scientist (Growth)

I'm working on an exciting opportunity with a high growth consumer social business in London, looking for someone who combines a strong marketing and growth background with excellent quantitative and technical skills.

The role sits across growth marketing, AI, ML, paid acquisition, optimisation and experimentation. You'll be using data, applied maths and AI to improve acquisition, creative performance, measurement and LTV.

We're looking for someone who has genuinely worked in marketing or growth, ideally across paid acquisition, performance marketing, experimentation or growth science, alongside strong analytical, ML or quantitative capability.

London, 3 days in the office
