TechTree is a backed consumer startup building a new category between social video and gaming: a mobile app with a feed of playable games created from text prompts. The product is live on the App Store and the London team is being built now.
As Growth lead, you own the growth of the product, focusing on organic channels, product loops, and measured bets. You will test ideas, define weekly plans, and work directly with founders and engineers in London.
A backed consumer startup building a new category between social video and gaming: a mobile app with a feed of playable games that anyone can make from a single text prompt. Users scroll an endless feed of games, play them instantly and create their own. The product is live on the App Store and the London team is being built now.
At the start, you are the growth team. There is no playbook to inherit and nobody to delegate to. Growth has to come from the product, not from ads, and working out how is your job.
You’ll own two questions:
How do we grow organically? Why would someone send the app to a friend, and what makes that friend join? Sharing, invites, content, community, the app store: find which routes work and push hard on them.
How does the product grow itself? Work with the founders, product lead and engineers to build growth into the product: the moments people share, the flows that bring the next person in, and the measurement that proves it worked.
The number you own is the K-factor: how many new users each user brings in. You'll test, read the result, keep what works, and recruit the people to run each proven bet. Paid is a testing tool here, not the engine.
Full-time, permanent.
London, in person. The whole team works from one room.
Right to work in the UK required (no visa sponsorship until early 2027).
Start as soon as possible.
Five steps, around two weeks from first call to offer: screen call, deep dive on your last two roles, a 90-minute live work sample on real sharing data, then an in-person meeting with the founders in London. References with past managers are the final step.
