Job summary

Leicester City Council is seeking a Workspace Development Manager to lead its Creative Sector workspaces and deliver high-quality workspace services. You will manage a team of about 15 people, inspire a culture of creativity, and collaborate with tenants, partners and stakeholders to drive economic growth in Leicester.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a large, multi-occupancy workspace or similar environment.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in managing finances, administration, reception and maintenance functions.
Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.
Ability to develop and review policies and procedures for service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of Creative Sector workspaces and programmes.
Inspire a team of around 15, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
Develop strategies, policies and budgets to ensure service quality and performance.
