The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is recruiting for a planning professional to join Blaby District Council. You will manage a varied caseload from rural schemes to large-scale developments, and lead a small team of Planning Officers to deliver high-quality planning responses.

You will support their personal and professional development, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a proactive planning service with flexible/hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified planning professional with proven leadership experience.
• Experience managing and mentoring a small team of Planning Officers.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
