Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Consultant to support its London Flexible Offices practice. The role focuses on market analysis, client advisory work and cross-service-line collaboration to grow revenue in the flexible workspace segment.

You will analyze markets, prepare strategic recommendations and manage multiple engagements with landlords, occupiers and operators across EMEA, delivering high-quality consulting output and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

Experience in London office market or flexible workspace advisory.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market, operational and financial data.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate opportunities.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage projects.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support development and delivery of Flexible Workspace strategy across EMEA.
Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking for client engagements.
Analyze client portfolios and workplace strategies to identify opportunities and risks.
Coordinate input from multiple business lines for integrated solutions.
Prepare reports, presentations and strategic recommendations for clients.
Assist with pitches, proposals and client presentations.
