Job summary

Leicester City Council is seeking a Workspace Development Manager to lead the Council's Creative Sector workspaces within the Business and Innovation portfolio. The role oversees tenancy management, programming, budget monitoring and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality workspace services in Leicester.

The post is full-time (37 hours per week), with hybrid working on offer and occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building management and multi-occupancy facilities.
• Ability to oversee finance, administration, reception and building-maintenance functions.
• Proven ability to develop, champion and market new ideas and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and review of strategies that support workspace delivery.
• Oversee tenancy management, commercial services, budget monitoring and forecasting.
• Collaborate with tenants, partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality spaces.
