Job summary

Sonya Winner Rug Studio, a boutique luxury rug design house in North London, seeks a proactive Creative Studio Manager. You will lead creative projects, manage content, and oversee showroom and studio administration in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.

Role involves collaboration with the Creative Director, site maintenance, and coordinating with weaving and shipping partners. 2+ years’ experience and strong English writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English with strong writing skills.
• Interest in design and art (degree or equivalent qualification preferred).
• Extremely well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director on creative projects – designing rugs, cushions, throws, etc.
• Upload and manage client testimonials and imagery; support product photography and styling.
• Create and refine product pages for new rug designs and limited editions; assist with brand storytelling and social media ideas.
• Create newsletters (Klaviyo) two per month with guidance from Social Media Specialist.
• Manage WordPress/WooCommerce product updates and keep stock levels accurate.
