Job summary

EE is seeking an Account Specialist to drive day-to-day delivery across multiple creative workstreams. You will manage briefs, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations while coordinating with the account, studio and strategy teams to ensure high-quality output.

The role emphasizes production processes, schedule building, and escalation to senior staff when needed to strengthen the work and prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Proven account management experience within a creative agency or comparable environment.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects end-to-end including timelines, budgets and approvals.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with marketing, product and commercial stakeholders and provide clear updates.
• Lead client meetings and briefings, presenting work and guiding stakeholders through delivery.
• Create clear, actionable briefs for creative teams to execute.
• Manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, owning timelines, budgets, quality and alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies, approvals, production requirements and risks.
• Coordinate across studio, creative, strategy, legal, and external suppliers to keep work moving.
