Job summary

Bupa Creative Studio in Salford Quays is seeking a Delivery Management Lead to oversee the operational delivery of our in-house creative agency. This leadership role manages a team of Delivery Managers, coordinating multiple studio workstreams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and at scale.

You'll partner with Creative Leads to balance workloads, optimise delivery processes and provide strategic oversight across the studio, enabling teams to perform at their best in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery, project management, studio operations or resource management teams within creative environments.
• Proven people management experience in developing delivery professionals.
• Strong capacity planning, resource allocation and workload management across creative teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent creative or marketing projects.
• Ability to work closely with creatives while providing governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to solving problems and improving ways of working.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Significant experience leading delivery, project management, studio operations, traffic or resource management teams within a creative agency, production agency or in-house creative studio.
• Lead and develop delivery professionals through hands-on management.
• Plan capacity, allocate resources and manage workloads across creative teams.
• Oversee multiple concurrent creative, design, content, and production workstreams.
• Understand creative workflows from briefing to production delivery.
• Partner with creative leaders to balance business demand against available resources.
• Provide operational governance and prioritisation to enable teams to thrive.
• Manage stakeholders with clear communication and reporting.
• Utilise workflow tools like Asana to track progress.
