Job summary

Engine Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join a creative and marketing agency environment. You'll support the delivery of campaigns from brief through to delivery and work closely with clients, creatives and strategists to bring brand projects to life.

You’ll be proactive, detail‑focussed and enjoy building strong relationships while managing day‑to‑day communications, timelines and coordination.

Qualifications

Experience in a creative, branding, advertising or integrated marketing agency.
Understanding of creative and marketing processes, from briefing to delivery.
Confidence managing day-to-day client communication, project timings and coordination.
An interest in strategy, brand storytelling, content, digital and campaign development.
The ability to contribute ideas and help shape effective client solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the smooth running of client accounts and assist senior team when appropriate.
Interpret briefs and prepare estimates; coordinate creative development and deadlines.
Contribute to campaigns, branding and digital projects and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Coordinate internal teams to keep work on track and aligned with brief.
