Job summary

Wellcom Worldwide is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join its studio in a central London office, reporting to the Account Director. You will coordinate briefs and manage production across client print and digital channels, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.

You will build strong client relationships, liaise with a team of content creators, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production or a creative agency.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Organised and efficient with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Impeccable attention to detail in processes, presentations and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Build strong relationships and trust with client teams, offering guidance on content production.
• Identify risks and create contingency plans, elevating issues with commercial impact when appropriate.
• Identify inefficiencies or duplication and work with teams to resolve them.
• Drive opportunities to strengthen client relationships with support from the Account Management team.
• Take overall responsibility for delivering assigned projects, with support from the Account Director as needed.
• Support senior team members on larger, more complex projects.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, processes, project plans, WIP, and QC processes.
