Job summary

BaxterStorey is recruiting a Sous Chef for Barrow-in-Furness to lead kitchen production, menu execution and quality control. You will manage food preparation, dish presentation and teamwork to deliver consistent dining experiences for clients.

This role requires passion for culinary excellence and a capability to coach junior staff. The position is a full-time, on-site opportunity with development and training opportunities, plus a desirable benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior CDP or Sous Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.
