You will bring creativity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to culinary quality, with the ability to mentor staff and maintain consistency across all services.

Qualifications

• Deputy to Head Chef with responsibility when the Head Chef is away.
• Able to prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Creative Sous Chef who brings new ideas and dishes to the menu.
• Bring out the best in the kitchen team and lead during service.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety at all times.

Responsabilités

• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and ensure smooth service.
