Qualifikationen

• Deputy to the Head Chef, able to take control when the Head Chef is away.
• Pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team to perform at a high level.
• Excellent hygiene, food knowledge and food safety awareness are essential.
