Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, taking control when away and delivering high-quality dishes.

You will lead a 12-strong kitchen team, craft menus with seasonal, local ingredients, and drive consistent service. The role offers an annual salary up to £37,000 plus a service charge circa £5,000, with an hourly rate also available and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• Experience as a Sous Chef or deputy to Head Chef.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge of seasonal, local ingredients and food safety.

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
