Fuller’s Lord Northbrook in Lee is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen when needed. You will lead a team, prepare fresh dishes from seasonal, local ingredients, and inspire the kitchen to maintain top quality and consistency.

Qualifications
