Job summary

Fuller’s The Mill at Elstead is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join our busy pub kitchen. You will deputise for the Head Chef during their absence, lead a kitchen team, and craft fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a hygiene qualification and strong food safety knowledge.
• Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff during services.
