Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK Ltd seeks a Creative Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end creative delivery in a fast-growing agency. You’ll manage timelines, budgets and stakeholders, coordinating with clients, freelancers and internal teams to ensure high-quality output.

You’ll bring structure to projects, spot risks early and help scale the Creative Studio with improved processes and new tools in a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Creative Project Management within an agency.
• Experience in performance marketing and managing Paid Media assets is essential.
• Strong focus on process improvement, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative projects from brief to completion.
• Oversee timelines, budgets and resource plans across internal and freelance teams.
• Coordinate with clients, creative leads and delivery teams to align feedback and approvals.
• Improve studio processes, introduce new tools and scalable workflows.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
