URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Bath is seeking a Retail Associate to support the store management team in delivering a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience and to uphold the VIBE philosophy. You will engage customers, help with merchandising, and contribute to team goals in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will participate in training, attend daily meetings, and perform standard duties such as stock, checkout, and housekeeping with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is not required.
• Awareness of the Urban Outfitters brand and its local appeal.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Assist in training and development of peers and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness, and support stock and fitting room processes.
• Contribute to daily tasks including shipments, markdowns and inventory control.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and loss prevention guidelines.
