Job summary

The Royal National Theatre is seeking a Producing and Planning Coordinator to join the Producing and Planning team in London. The role supports the teams across drafting, negotiating and administering contracts for creative teams using existing templates, and works closely with planning, producing and legal colleagues.

The successful candidate will have experience drafting and issuing contracts, negotiating with agents and working with artists and creatives, plus a solid understanding of the

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and issuing creative/performer contracts.
• Experience negotiating contracts with agents.
• Experience working with artists and creatives.
• Understanding of the theatre making process.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and time-management skills.

• Draft, negotiate and administer contracts for creative teams using templates.
• Collaborate with planning, producing and legal teams.
