PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Meetings and Events Team Leader on a 0 hours contract at art’otel London Hoxton. The role oversees ten event spaces, coordinating corporate and leisure events with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events coordination preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple rooms and events simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ten diverse event spaces for corporate and leisure events.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and deliver their event requirements.
• Lead and train the events team to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor inventory and costs to keep events within budget.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and post-event feedback.
